The thought of increasing efficiency and productivity can conjure up images of someone with a stopwatch, timing each task with a close eye. However, you do not need to work an assembly line to take advantage of the timesaving ideas they provided. By taking some time to prepare and plan, you may discover additional hours in the day to do the work you have a desire to accomplish and still have fun. The following tips and methods help you use your time in the most productive manner possible:

  1. Schedule your work. Set apart 10 to 15 planning minutes at the beginning or at end of each day to develop your to do list.
  2. Use your most productive times of the day for the most important activities. Some of us like to rise early n the morning, while others are night owls. If you require time to wake up and really begin your day, do not try to force an early morning deadline within your schedule.
